Operadora Villa Toscana, S de RL de CV and/or Villa Toscana Lofts & Suites (hereinafter “VILLA TOSCANA LOFTS & SUITES”), as the entity responsible for processing your personal data, states that for the purposes of this notice, its address is located at Carretera Xoxtla Tetlatlahuca km 2 lote 16 Santa María Nativitas, Nativitas Tlaxcala C.P. 90718.
VILLA TOSCANA LOFTS & SUITES issues this privacy notice to comply with articles 15, 16, and other relevant provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (the “Law”).
VILLA TOSCANA LOFTS & SUITES commits to processing your data with the strictest security measures to ensure confidentiality.
The personal data collected will be incorporated into the various databases of VILLA TOSCANA LOFTS & SUITES, and the CLIENT authorizes the processing of their data according to the purposes described below, to be used in the course of contracted operations and services, with responsibility for protecting the data while in its possession.

Personal Data Received from the Client
The CLIENT expressly agrees to provide VILLA TOSCANA LOFTS & SUITES, among others, the following personal data:
a) General data: Last Name, Mother’s Maiden Name, First Name(s), Federal Tax Registry (RFC), Gender, Nationality, official ID, email, company represented, company address, and if applicable, Articles of Incorporation (for legal entities)
b) Address: Street, exterior and interior number, neighborhood, postal code, state, municipality, phone number.

Sensitive Personal Data – To fulfill the intended purposes, VILLA TOSCANA LOFTS & SUITES informs that, among others, sensitive data may be collected and processed, such as financial and banking information, including bank accounts, credit and debit card data, CLABE, RFC, references, and credit history; these are treated under strict security ensuring confidentiality. Other similar data may also be processed if relevant and not excessive. Explicit consent via privacy notice signature is required for processing sensitive financial and banking data.

Purpose of Personal Data
The CLIENT consents to the use of their personal data by VILLA TOSCANA LOFTS & SUITES primarily for:

• Identification, location, and contact

• Identity verification

• Service and product attention

• Commercial prospecting

• Preparing and presenting quotes

• Offering services

• Client and supplier registration

• Satisfaction surveys

• Billing and collections

• Market studies

The CLIENT agrees that VILLA TOSCANA LOFTS & SUITES may transfer data to affiliated entities and third parties for business purposes, such as IT, promotion, financial, credit, insurance, and collection agencies. Transfers may also be made to relevant Mexican authorities for compliance with laws, regulation, and money laundering prevention, always ensuring confidentiality and proper usage. Explicit consent is required for sensitive data transfers.

Disclosure Limitations
VILLA TOSCANA LOFTS & SUITES will not transfer information to third parties beyond those mentioned without consent. Any changes will be communicated via original data collection channels.

You have the right to access, rectify, cancel, or oppose the processing of your data (“ARCO rights”) by contacting the Privacy Officer at hospedaje@villatoscana.mx. Requests must include identification and specific information. Responses will be provided within 20 business days, with possible extension. Denials will be justified. Exercising ARCO rights is free unless repeated within twelve months.

Consent Revocation
To revoke consent or oppose data transfer, you must send a revocation request with identification documents to the contact address. For procedures, contact the Privacy Officer.

In compliance with EU Regulation (GDPR), VILLA TOSCANA LOFTS & SUITES commits to obtaining explicit consent for data processing.
