Reservation Policies

1. For reservations made on the same day of the stay, no changes or cancellations will be accepted, and a “No Show” charge will be applied, corresponding to the cost of one night plus taxes per room, charged to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation (hereinafter, the “No Show” charge).

2. There are no refunds for unused room nights and/or early departures.

3. Reservations are guaranteed only upon providing valid Credit/Debit Card information and either charging the full stay amount or making a deposit/bank transfer. If the reservation is not guaranteed, the hotel is not obligated to honor it.

4. Once the reservation is made, the hotel will perform a pre-authorization with the issuing bank of the provided credit card to guarantee payment for the full stay. If this pre-authorization is declined, the guest must provide another card or payment method; otherwise, the reservation will be considered “Not Guaranteed” and subject to availability.

5. The credit card provided at reservation serves only as a guarantee. At check-in, the guest must provide the payment method to be used. For credit or debit card payments, the cardholder must present the card and official photo ID.

6. If payment is not made at check-in or the above requirements are not met, it will be considered a no-show, and the “No Show” charge will apply.

7. For stays longer than one night, if the guest does not check in on the agreed date and time, the “No Show” charge will apply only for the first night plus taxes, and the remaining stay will be automatically canceled.

8. During High Seasons (December, January, March, April, July, and August), holidays, and scheduled events, payment must be made within one hour for the full stay.

9. No changes, refunds, or cancellations will be allowed, with a 100% penalty applied.

10. The hotel does not issue refunds or returns in the event of cancellations.
Rooms are strictly non-smoking; violations will incur fines from $3,000.00 to $5,000.00 MXN.

11. Villa Toscana is not a pet-friendly hotel; pets are prohibited. Penalties of $500.00 to $1,000.00 MXN per night per pet will be charged depending on size if pets are brought in.

12. The lodging service begins at 3:00 pm and ends at 12:00 pm the following day.
